Marc and I have know each other since the early 1980s when we were both members of the Chicago Chapter of NSPI, now ISPI. We also crossed paths when he was at AT&T and I was doing consulting for AT&T.
We were recently at the ISPI Conference's Past President's Luncheon in New York City on April 5th and after lunch he sat with me for the video tape session.
